Who we are
Clearifi is a basketball recruiting intelligence platform operated by Valahigh Co. LLC ("Clearifi," "we," "us"). Reach us at afayemi@valahigh.com.
What we collect
- Account information you provide (name, email, role, school affiliation)
- Gameplay statistics you enter, your coach verifies, or we ingest from public sources (MaxPreps, NCAA.org, basketball-reference, etc.)
- Video uploads you submit for film analysis (Webster product, opt-in)
- Standard analytics (page views, session duration) via Vercel infrastructure
How we use it
- Match players to programs via our internal scoring engine
- Facilitate first-contact between players and coaches (we never share contact information directly)
- Generate personalized recruiting intelligence reports
- Train machine learning models to improve matching quality (aggregated, privacy-preserving)
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal information to third parties
- We do not display NIL dollar amounts to players
- We do not publish public player rankings or star ratings
- We strip personally identifiable information from any AI API calls beyond what is strictly necessary for analysis
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your profile at any time via your account settings. You can revoke our access to uploaded video at any time; existing ML model weights trained prior to revocation cannot be retroactively untrained, but your underlying content is removed from our active systems.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We use Vercel's built-in analytics for aggregated traffic measurement. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (database + authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing — PII-stripped inputs), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (if and when paid plans activate). Each has its own privacy policy.
Minors
Clearifi serves many users under 18. Parents or legal guardians must create accounts on behalf of minor users and accept these terms. We comply with COPPA and applicable youth-protection regulations.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users.
