Terms of Service
Acceptance
By using Clearifi ("the Service," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms. Clearifi is operated by Valahigh Co. LLC.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Clearifi. If you are under 13, you may not create an account. If you are 13 or older but under 18, you may create your own account and use the Service — Clearifi is designed for high school and college athletes. We encourage users under 18 to review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Accounts and conduct
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter
- You may not impersonate another player, coach, agent, or organization
- You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits
- Mass outreach is prohibited; Express Interest is individual-only
- Coach, agent, and AAU-director accounts require three-layer verification
Video content license
By uploading video content to Clearifi, you grant Valahigh Co. LLC and its affiliates, successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to host, store, analyze, process, train machine learning models on, generate derivative analyses from, and display your Video Content in connection with the Clearifi service and related products (including but not limited to film verification, automated scouting analysis, and athlete development tools).
This license survives termination of your account and continues with respect to Video Content you uploaded prior to termination. You may request deletion of uploaded video via the in-product deletion tool; deletion removes content from user-facing surfaces but does not retroactively invalidate machine learning models trained on the content prior to deletion.
Valahigh Co. LLC retains the right to assign this license, in whole or in part, to a successor entity in the event of merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, without further consent from you.
Content restrictions
- No copyrighted broadcast footage from Hudl, NFHS, BallerTV, YouTube, or similar platforms
- No content depicting third parties without their consent
- No content that violates NCAA, NFHS, or state athletic association eligibility rules
Intellectual property
The Clearifi scoring engine, algorithms, conference-tier classifications, archetype weights, and all non-user-generated content are the exclusive property of Valahigh Co. LLC.
NIL and compensation
Clearifi facilitates first-contact between players and coaches but does not facilitate NIL transactions, collect commissions, or represent players as an agent. Clearifi displays NIL tier information only to verified NIL agents for discovery purposes; dollar amounts are never displayed anywhere on the Service.
Disclaimers
Clearifi provides intelligence and introductions, not guaranteed recruiting outcomes. Rankings, projections, and fit scores are estimates. Use at your own discretion.
Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Disputes will be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
